I did what I was supposed to do. Went to school, chased a finance degree, graduated — and quickly realized that a nine-to-five desk job wasn't the life I was built for. Not because I was afraid of hard work. But because I felt called to something deeper.
Over the past six months, I've gone all in on becoming the best version of myself. Faith, fitness, diet, mindset, discipline — every area, all at once. Not because it was easy, but because I realized that real transformation only happens when you stop compartmentalizing your life and start treating it as one whole picture.
Like a lot of people in their twenties, I've had seasons of uncertainty — about direction, relationships, purpose, and what I actually wanted out of life. Through those seasons I learned that growth doesn't happen by accident. It happens when you intentionally challenge yourself, build discipline, strengthen your mindset, and stay grounded in what matters most.
I wake up every single day with one goal: get one percent better. A physical win. A mental win. A spiritual win. Small, consistent, intentional steps that add up to a completely different life. That's what I want to help you build too.
I started Live Intentional because nothing gives me more purpose than helping other people step into theirs. If you're ready to stop going through the motions and start building a life that actually reflects who you were made to be — I want to be in your corner.
